Qué datos tratamos y para qué

  • Formulario de contacto y correos: tu nombre, tu email y lo que escribes en el mensaje (y, si me escribes por correo, tu dirección y lo que envíes). Sirven para responderte y, si lo pides, preparar un presupuesto o una propuesta.
  • Registros del alojamiento: al visitar el sitio, GitHub Pages, que lo aloja, registra datos técnicos de la visita, como la dirección IP, por seguridad. El titular no los consulta ni los usa para nada más.

No hay analítica, publicidad ni perfiles, y no se toman decisiones automatizadas. No pidas ni envíes datos sensibles (salud, ideología…) por el formulario.

Base jurídica

  • Responder a tu consulta o preparar un presupuesto: medidas precontractuales a petición tuya (art. 6.1.b RGPD) o, si no lo son, tu consentimiento al escribir (art. 6.1.a RGPD).
  • Registros técnicos del alojamiento: interés legítimo en mantener el sitio seguro (art. 6.1.f RGPD).

Quién más los trata

  • Google (Google Forms, Gmail y Google Apps Script): guarda las respuestas del formulario y los correos, y envía al titular el aviso de cada mensaje.
  • GitHub (GitHub Pages): aloja el sitio.

Ambos pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos. Las transferencias se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU., en el que participan, o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea. No se ceden tus datos a nadie más, salvo obligación legal.

Cuánto tiempo se guardan

  • Mensajes de contacto: hasta 12 meses desde el último intercambio, salvo que de ellos nazca un encargo; en ese caso, lo que exijan las obligaciones legales (por ejemplo, fiscales).
  • Registros del alojamiento: lo que fije GitHub.

Tus derechos

Puedes acceder a tus datos, rectificarlos, suprimirlos, oponerte a su tratamiento, limitarlo y pedir su portabilidad, y retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento, escribiendo a ovidiu5891@gmail.com. Si crees que no se han atendido bien, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Lo que se guarda en tu navegador

Este sitio no usa cookies propias. Solo guarda en tu navegador el idioma que elijas (om-lang, en el almacenamiento local), una preferencia técnica necesaria (art. 22.2 LSSI). El formulario de Google no se carga hasta que pulsas «Mostrar el formulario»: a partir de ahí, Google puede usar sus propias cookies, según su política de privacidad. Si no quieres, escribe directamente al correo.

What data is processed and why

  • Contact form and emails: your name, your email and what you write in the message (and, if you email me, your address and what you send). Used to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or proposal.
  • Hosting logs: when you visit the site, GitHub Pages, which hosts it, logs technical data such as your IP address for security. The owner does not access or use them for anything else.

There are no analytics, ads or profiling, and no automated decisions. Please don't send sensitive data (health, beliefs…) through the form.

Legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry or preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, otherwise, your consent when you write (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Hosting logs: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else processes it

  • Google (Google Forms, Gmail and Google Apps Script): stores the form responses and emails and sends the owner a notice of each message.
  • GitHub (GitHub Pages): hosts the site.

Both may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which they participate, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Your data is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long it is kept

  • Contact messages: up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless they lead to an engagement; then, as long as legal (e.g. tax) obligations require.
  • Hosting logs: as set by GitHub.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to ovidiu5891@gmail.com. If you think they were not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

What is stored in your browser

This website uses no cookies of its own. It only stores the language you choose (om-lang, in local storage), a necessary technical preference. The Google form is not loaded until you press “Show the form”: from then on, Google may use its own cookies under its privacy policy. If you'd rather not, just email me.

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
